As a young apprentice, Chef Robert’s culinary experience started at the age of 8 years old working in his grandmother’s restaurant. Highly influenced by family traditions and some of the world’s famous chefs, he is primarily self-taught. Chef Robert quickly developed a cultivated palate for great food and wine. His kitchen zest is equally matched for his passion for wine. His extensive collection of Italian wines has earned 19 years of Wine Spectator Awards.
Chef Robert expertly pairs his menu offerings with selected wines, creating an enjoyable and memorable dinner experience. Special wine dinners provide guests an opportunity to sample exquisite wines from some of Italy’s finest vineyards.
